Yoga is a practice that combines movement with breath and body awareness. W our studio We offer a wide range of classes to suit different needs and expectations. Each session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. We work in intimate groups, which allows the teachers to give attention to each participant both during exercises and when correcting positions.

Our instructors are certified specialists with many years of experience. Many of them have trained in Poland and abroad, learning about different traditions and approaches to practice yoga around the world. You can therefore count on professional guidance and individual support.

We do not require advance booking for most sessions. Simply arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of your class. Mats and necessary practice aids are waiting on site to make your practice comfortable from the first moment.

Yoga styles for everyone
We offer the most popular methods yoga practice. Each style affects the body and mind in a different way:
Hatha yoga
A classic form focusing on postures and breathing techniques. Ideal for beginning yoga adventures, it builds body awareness and teaches the basics.
Vinyasa yoga
dynamic sequences synchronised with the breath. Through fluid movement, it builds strength, endurance and improves the quality of balance.
Aerial yoga
exercises in special hammocks. It combines traditional asanas with elements of acrobatics to give a sense of lightness.
Hormone yoga
dedicated to women, supports hormonal balance through special movement sequences.

Ashtanga yoga
Intensive practice according to a set sequence of positions. For those who like a challenge and systematic development of their body.
Iyengar yoga
A precise method using aids (blocks, straps, blankets). Excellent for those working on posture or after injury.
Yin yoga
Calm form with long holding positions. Promotes recovery, stretching and deep tissue relaxation.
Yoga nidra
Deep relaxation conducted in a lying position. It regenerates the mind and reduces stress levels.
Relaxation yoga
a peaceful practice aimed at calming down and relaxing after a busy day.
Classes by level
We divide the groups into three levels so that everyone can practise at their own pace:

Beginner
You learn basic positions, breathing techniques and safety rules. You don't need any experience. Our teachers will introduce you step by step to the world of yoga practice.
02
Intermediate
You develop your practice with more complex sequences of dynamic exercises. You work on strength, balance and flexibility of the body. You also learn the basics of pranayama, or breathing exercises.
03
Advanced
You deepen your knowledge of the philosophy of movement and meditation. You learn advanced asanas and techniques for working with energy. This is a space for people who see yoga as a path of development.

First visit? Come 20 minutes early. We will show you the space, explain the rules and answer all your questions. We require pre-registration when signing up for courses and workshops.

Price list and partner cards
We offer flexible options to suit different needs:

Single entry - ideal to check that the yoga is for you

Pass for 4, 8 or 12 entrances - for regular exercisers

Open monthly pass - no class limit, maximum freedom
