Experienced teachers, classes for every level, a location in the very centre of Warsaw and a flexible enrolment system - everything you need to start your yoga adventure.

See a full description of each style on our website and choose something for yourself.

We divide the groups into three levels so that everyone can practise at their own pace:

01

Beginner

You learn basic positions, breathing techniques and safety rules. You don't need any experience. Our teachers will introduce you step by step to the world of yoga practice.

02

Intermediate

You develop your practice with more complex sequences of dynamic exercises. You work on strength, balance and flexibility of the body. You also learn the basics of pranayama, or breathing exercises.

03

Advanced

You deepen your knowledge of the philosophy of movement and meditation. You learn advanced asanas and techniques for working with energy. This is a space for people who see yoga as a path of development.

How do you start your apprenticeship at our studio?

The first step is to choose a session that fits your schedule and interests. On the website you will find the current timetable with a description of each group. You can also call us with questions - we will be happy to advise you.

We offer several ways to join our school:

  • Without reservation - come immediately before the chosen session

  • Online enrolment - book your place via our website

  • By telephone - Call reception and make an appointment

  • First visit? Come 20 minutes early. We will show you the space, explain the rules and answer all your questions. We require pre-registration when signing up for courses and workshops.
